🥇 A Track Legend: As the head track coach for Garnet Valley High School's boys team and sprints coach for both boys and girls, Coach Tee brings his track expertise to the forefront. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ His remarkable achievements during his time as a Widener University track team member are a testament to his skill and dedication. Breaking the 400m dash record and earning two Middle Atlantic Conference Championship silver medals in the 200m and 400m dash, as well as being a key player in gold medal-winning relay teams, Coach Tee truly knows what it takes to succeed.

🏆 A Champion Martial Artist: Beyond the track, Coach Tee has also dominated the world of sport karate as a 2nd degree black belt fighter. Numerous 1st place championships are a testament to his fierce determination and competitive spirit. 🥋💪

🌪️ Whirlwinds Track Club: Not content with just high school coaching, Coach Tee has gone above and beyond, founding and leading the Whirlwinds Track Club. 🌪️ A youth track & field/cross-country team that nurtures young talents and fosters a love for sports.

🎓 Certified and Committed: With certifications as a Personal Trainer from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and as a United States Track and Field (USATF) Level I Coach, Coach Tee brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. 📚💡
